CMS are pleased to announce the appointments of Matt Oakes as Mechanical Contracts Manager.
CMS can also announce the appointment of Mike Hood as business development Manager. Mike brings with him a vast knowledge and expertise of our industry. His appointment is a statement of CMS's intent to develop and strengthen our business throughout the current financial turbulence.
CMS has successfully completed the Mechanical and Electrical installation of the new Head Office facility for Metro Bank. The project completed alongside Barnwoods, with a project value of £800,000.

Our History
Founded in 1977, CMS Building Services began trading as a small predominately electrical services contractor focusing on the Greater London Area. To develop its potential CMS moved in to combined Mechanical and Electrical installations via partnership and then finally both design and installation.
Over the subsequent years of trading CMS has developed partnerships with both clients and suppliers alike, enabling the company to grow into the high quality, focused and sustainable business it has become.
Our Development
CMS has recently undergone a restructure of its operational systems and having completed this are accredited with ISO9001 and also ISO14000. This process has introduced efficiencies and ensures we continue to deliver a professional approach to all our objectives.
This process was completed in April 2011 along with our accreditation to the HVCA.
Development must also follow within the services we offer and we are looking in to offer both call out and maintenance services. This will enable us to remain in dialog with our clients long after we have delivered their projects, and look closer at their operations and how we can improve our support businesses.
