CMS have successfully completed a £2.5M project at Twickenham Rugby Stadium, working with Styles & Wood. The project was completed on time and within budget.
CMS appointed on two private school projects in the south of England, both on a design and build basis, total value 2.5Million.

Description of works:
The refurbishment of an existing computer suite and the addition of new main plant room whilst maintaining the existing services. This was particularly challenging as the building remained occupied and fully operational during the construction period. In our capacity as main contractor we were required to co-ordinate directly with the client on a daily bases, managing not only our own Electrical and Mechanical Installation but also the building works which was sub-contracted to us.
