Ray Osborne Managing Director

Ray joined CMS in 2006, and as Managing Director his role is to both develop and manage the company. Ray, having previously worked for MITIE Engineering as Contracts Director brings a new and fresh approach to the business.

 

Mark Handford Contracts Director

Mark became a CMS employee in 1985 as a project engineer, having previously worked for Marryat Jackson Norris. Mark was promoted to Contracts Director in 2003 after constantly excelling in project management for the company for over the eight years. Mark currently
manages the operational duties of the company, overseeing the contracts managers, estimators and CAD operators.

 

Keith Pannell Consultant

Keith joined the company from Marryatt Jackson Norris in 1979 as Director. He has been instrumental in leading the company to the successful trading position it is at today. After 25 years as Managing Director , in April 2006 Keith stood down but continued his involvement in the design and build projects, changing his duties to a much more advisory role.

 

Rory Goode Estimating Manager

Rory joined CMS in 1985 as a contracts engineer having previously worked for Marryat Jackson Norris. He has been with the company for over 20 years and has been a loyal and dependable employee. Rory was promoted to senior engineer in 1992 and has over 25 years experience in Project Management. In June 2007 his role changed to Estimating Manager.

 

Mark Edwards Accounts

Mark commenced work at CMS in 2007 as accounts clerk, bringing with him an expertise in larger and more structured accounting procedures.
