CMS have successfully completed a £2.5M project at Twickenham Rugby Stadium, working with Styles & Wood. The project was completed on time and within budget.
CMS appointed on two private school projects in the south of England, both on a design and build basis, total value 2.5Million.

Description of works:
The design and installation of mechanical and electrical services, to refurbishment of an existing boys' boarding house for Worth Abbey. The project's goal is to convert the building into a new girls boarding accommodation and will be known as St Mary's.
St Mary's is to be fitted out with an entirely new electrical distribution system comprising of a new incoming main feeder, new sub-mains distribution and new distribution boards feeding complete surface mounted small power and lighting systems. Along side will also be new data, fire alarm, class change, lightning protection, security and limited telephone and TV systems.
