CMS have successfully completed a £2.5M project at Twickenham Rugby Stadium, working with Styles & Wood. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Description of works:
Design and Installation of Electrical & Mechanical services for a 70 bedroom nursing home.
All lighting is by energy saving compact fluorescents with digi-dim being used to create acomfortable living environment. Each bedroom is en-suite and has LST radiators, extract ventilation, voice and data connections, TV, Radio and Satellite points, and nurse call alarm.
Each floor has a sitting/dining area for Clients use and the building also houses a Coffee Shop, a Cinema and a Chapel.
Externally, a sensory garden area to the rear and parking to the front has been provided with external lighting, high level decorative lighting being LED.
