CMS have successfully completed a £2.5M project at Twickenham Rugby Stadium, working with Styles & Wood. The project was completed on time and within budget.
CMS appointed on two private school projects in the south of England, both on a design and build basis, total value 2.5Million.

Description of works:
Provision of Electrical Services to this award winning social housing project. 46 one and
two bedroom flats were constructed and sold to fund a 30 bed sheltered accommodation
block for Metropolitan Housing Trust.
An innovative construction consisting of prefabricated light gauge steel panels was made off
site for both the floors and load bearing walls. To obtain high quality finishes, bathrooms for all
units were prefabricated off site as 'pods' and lifted fully finished into place.
